Day – 1 Bagdogra-Darjeeling
On arrival Bagdogra Airport, transfer you to Darjeeling (100 Kms/3hrs). Check in at the hotel after arrival. Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay is at hotel in Darjeeling.
Day – 2 Darjeeling
Early in the morning (at around 0400 hrs), we take you to Tiger Hill to catch a glimpse of sunrise over Kanchandzonga. On the way back you can see Batasia Loop-the point where the rail tracks spiral around over itself through a tunnel and over a hilltop to reduce the gradient of ascent and Ghoom Monastery. Return to the Hotel. Day free for own Activities. Overnight halt.
Day – 3 Darjeeling
After breakfast, we will take you for a full day excursion trip of Darjeeling including HMI (Himalayan Mountaineering Institute), Zoological Gardens, and Dhirdham temple, Happy Valley Tea Estate, Tenzing, Gombu Rock, Peace Pagoda and Japanese temple. Return to the Hotel in the evening and Overnight halt.
Day-4 Darjeeling – Gangtok
After breakfast, we will transfer you to Gangtok (100 Kms/3hrs). After relaxation we take you for a half day excursion trip of Gangtok including Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Banjhakari Falls, Tashi View Point etc, Rumtek Monastery etc. Overnight stay and dinner is in hotel.
Early in the morning, we take you to an excursion trip to Tsongo Lake or Changu Lake which is a glacial lake in East Sikkim, and Baba Harbhajan Temple – a temple made and revered by soldiers to honour a famous Indian Army officer named Captain Baba Harbhajan Singh. Overnight stay and dinner is in hotel.
Day-6 Nathu La Pass (on prior request only)
After breakfast, proceed for a Full day tour of Nathu La Pass is a mountain pass in the Himalayas which connects the Indian state of Sikkim with China’s Tibet Autonomous Region. The pass is at 4,310 m (14,140 ft) above mean sea level, and forms a part of the ancient Silk Road. Visit to Nathu La Pass depends on availability of permits and road conditions. For visiting Nathu La Pass, a special permission is required from Indian Army. Please note that the pass is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays every week.
After breakfast, Check out and proceed to Baghdogra airport to Take a Return Flight.
